Operations Leader

We are looking for an effective and collaborative team leader to support and facilitate our diverse ministries, ensuring effective communication and releasing the Ministers to work within their strengths of vision, preaching, teaching, leading and pastoring.

We are looking for a good team leader and manager, a strategic thinker, who is organised and able to encourage and motivate people.

The Operations Leader is essential for the outworking of the strategic vision of Altrincham Baptist Church and key to ensuring our ethos and values are maintained across the church.

Job involves various operational functions including staff management, oversight of policy and procedure, HR responsibilities ,Communication, working with the Core Team, Elders,  Buildings Team and Treasurer .
