Senior Youth Worker

Cambridge and District Youth for Christ are looking for a senior youth worker who is passionate about Jesus and has a heart to see young people finding fulness of life in Him. You would join the wellbeing project team, Open House, and be responsible for developing and delivering mentoring in schools, and part of the team supporting our drop-ins, wellbeing workshops and faith exploration.

This is a senior role with oversight of youth projects, recruitment and management of volunteer teams and development of new initiatives.

The role is 22.5 hours a week with a full-time equivalent salary in the range of £22,500 - £24,500 (depending on experience).

There is an occupational requirement that the role holder is a committed Christian in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. The job is subject to a three-month probationary period.
